The first stadium concert of the 25/17 group will take place in Moscow. Representatives of the team reported this to socialbites.ca.
The show will take place on December 9 at the VTB Arena stadium. At the concert, the band will perform all their hits and will also present new songs from the album “The Joy of Meetings and Partings”.
The group 25/17 was founded in 2002 as a solo project of Andrei Pozdnukhov (Bledny), a former member of the Omsk rap group “Rtut”. The original name of the community was Ezekiel 25:17. Its name comes from a Bible verse from the book of the Old Testament prophet Ezekiel. The musician’s name was also inspired by the movie “Pulp Fiction,” in which this passage is quoted in a distorted form.
In 2004, 25/17 released their first album “The Honest Word of the Third Dungeon” with the support of Dots Family Records. In 2005, singer Toma Amot joined the group, and in 2006 Anton Zavyalov (Ant) joined the group. The band released their second album Ambush in 2008. Stronger than steel.” In the same year, Amot left the team.
The group collaborated with artists such as Loc-Dog, Elka, Gleb Samoilov.
