Sturm explained that she wasn’t the only one selling used underwear. He called this trend the “global trend.” According to the star, he cited Japan as an example, where there are vending machines selling used women’s panties on the streets. He compared such a business to selling autographs, CDs or posters.
Sturm added that he didn’t deliberately call anyone. Men write to her with offers to buy used underwear from her.
“The buyer wants to be emotionally close. And apparently, that’s why it’s precious for them to have their favorite singer, actor or artist’s underwear under their pillow. These are single men who are often called collectors. They understand that the chances of seeing each other are low, but it is very valuable to have such a gift at home,” said the singer.
According to Sturm, his clients insist that it be worn whenever possible. He explained that such “collectors” are not satisfied with a single star. They personally asked Sturm who else could sell their underwear.
