He said that between September 2022 and May 2023, he signed a loan agreement with Derevianko and Grigory Muluzyan for an amount exceeding one million rubles. He later discovered that the contract terms were not fulfilled and the money was never returned. The entrepreneur first filed a civil lawsuit against Derevianko and has now launched a preliminary investigation into this matter.
The publication explains that Derevianko and Muluzyan earned money by investing in cryptocurrency, investing in rubles and returning it with a profit. At the same time, Derevianko encouraged six of his friends, including actor Artem Tkachenko and businessman Nikolenko, to invest in cryptocurrency. The amount of lost money was approximately 45 million rubles.
