Noize MC objected to the court decision in the case against the singer’s director, whom he accused of theft 14:26

Rapper Noize MC (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) (Ivan Alekseev) filed an appeal with the court in the case against former concert director Artem Mironov. Telegram channel writes about this SHOT.

Last year, the rapper gave an interview to blogger Yuri Dud (known in the Russian Federation as an agent of foreign media), in which he accused the former director of theft. According to Noize MC, Mironov was supposed to refund money to fans for canceled concerts, but fled abroad with them. The former director was outraged by the rapper’s words and went to court to demand that the interview be deleted and a refutation of those words published.

Moreover, Mironov demanded compensation of 1 ruble for each view of Dud’s video. We are talking about more than 9.5 million rubles. A recent court decision satisfied all of the former director’s claims except compensation. Now both sides of the conflict have filed an appeal: Noize MC is dissatisfied with the court’s decision not in his favor, and Mironov insists on monetary compensation. The decision on the case is expected to be made within the next month.
