Actor and State Duma deputy Dmitry Pevtsov during an interview with the YouTube channel “Not Proust” stated about his desire to talk to his dead son.

The 60-year-old People’s Artist of Russia was asked who he would like to talk to among those who are no longer alive.

“Unfortunately, I talked very little to my oldest son,” he said.

The artist’s 22-year-old son Daniil passed away in September 2012. During a friendly party, Pevtsov Jr. fell from the height of the third floor and got onto the balcony, where he fell along with the railing. He suffered numerous injuries and fell into a coma from which he never recovered.

Also Pevtsov stated about the important role in his life of his wife Olga Drozdova.

“It is his virtue that I live, breathe, and walk on my own feet. If it weren’t for him, I might not exist right now. He is my inspiration, my savior and the main person in my life. The biggest fear in my life was losing my wife in my dream; “I have never had a worse dream than this,” admitted Pevtsov.
