Traditional Display of Social Humor This year, with the slogan XXIII. celebrates its edition Public Health: What’s the matter, doctor? The exhibition, attended by nearly fifty national and international cartoonists, presents their views on a current issue through the humor prism of cartoons. born in the city Argentina Canals, Córdoba province, Armengol Tolsà Badia, ErmengolLives in Lleida since 1985. He started publishing in the legendary Hortensia magazine at the age of 18, but as a young man he moved to Catalonia, the land of his parents, grandparents and now his children. The multidisciplinary artist has developed his work in different artistic fields. graphic humor, caricature, illustration, drawing, sculpture and visual poetry. He worked for various publications: El Jueves, Playboy, Segre (1985-2010) and Diari d’Andorra (1995-2010). He was director of the satirical magazine La Quera and a supporter of the Humoràlia association, which organized the graphic humor competition on human rights that bears his name. Won first place in 1993 Mingot Prize Provided by ABC newspaper. He currently publishes his jokes in the newspapers La Mañana, Nube, Territoris, Borges Blanques, Almacelles, Vadefruita and occasionally on TV3.
