Several dozen environmental activists from the Derniere Renewal movement threw paintballs at the pyramid’s dome, and one climbed onto the pyramid and began pouring paint from a bottle onto it.

Violators demanded that French authorities take active action to protect the environment.

The individuals were later detained by security teams and taken away by the police.

Recently activists of the environmental movement Just Stop Oil sprayed Orange starch from the skeleton of a huge dinosaur at the Natural History Museum in London.

Participants in the environmental movement then unfurled a banner calling for a halt to oil production in the name of public health. The report states that similar demands were also conveyed to the British government. These activists were also detained.
