The glass pyramid of the Louvre, which serves as the main entrance to the museum in Paris, was covered in orange paint. This was reported by Disclose on its page on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
Several dozen environmental activists from the Derniere Renewal movement threw paintballs at the pyramid’s dome, and one climbed onto the pyramid and began pouring paint from a bottle onto it.
Violators demanded that French authorities take active action to protect the environment.
The individuals were later detained by security teams and taken away by the police.
