The Siberian Agricultural Group company filed a lawsuit against KIART LLC in the Arbitration Court of the Tomsk Region for non-refundable advance payment. The plaintiff made an advance payment for Fedunkiv’s performance at the New Year’s corporate party. However, less than a month later, the event was canceled. Representatives of the actress refused to refund the amount of the canceled concert.
The defendants explained that they did not pay the advance due to the fact that Fedunkiv rejected other offers on behalf of this corporate event. However, the court sided with the plaintiff and decided to withdraw the advance in the amount of 806,450 rubles, while also demanding the payment of state fees in the amount of 19,129 rubles.
Marina Fedunkiv started her career in 1998 at KVN, where she wrote scripts for student comedy projects. In 2002, together with the Dobryanka team, he became the winner of the First KVN League in Kazan and qualified for the Major League. She started working in television in 2008. In 2010, the actress played Kolyan’s mother in the comedy “Real Boys”.
