Warner Bros. His studio received a multimillion-dollar lawsuit over a replica of Harry Potter’s wand from the movies about a young wizard and a magic school. In this respect reports TMZ.

Jessica Perry, who lives in the United States, said she bought a replica of the stick with a small light bulb on the end from a store and gave it to her sons to play with. When the eldest waved his wand, the metal part of the toy flew away and damaged the youngest son’s eye.

According to Perry, this led to serious injuries – the three-year-old’s retina was damaged, some intraocular fluid leaked out, and the child underwent several surgeries.

He explained that the child would face not only painful treatment, but also psychological rehabilitation, he was afraid to fall asleep in the dark. Additionally, the mother of the injured child added that the child is unlikely to do active sports.

Perry now wants to sue the movie studio for $8 million in damages.
