Ballerina Anastasia Volochkova could be fined for desecrating a monument in Moscow, lawyer Andrei Aleshkin said. His words are quoted telegram channel “Radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.
At the same time, the lawyer notes that the former soloist of the Bolshoi Theater will be held liable only if the object has proper registration – a passport.
“I think that the maximum amount in this case may be administrative liability in the form of a fine of up to one thousand rubles. “This is the case when it comes to actual judging, which I highly doubt,” Aleshkin said.
The day before the ballerina published on social networks, a photo split in half on the model of the Soviet La-5 fighter used during the Great Patriotic War. This plane was shot in the films “Two Captains”, “They Fought for the Motherland”, “Moscow Sky” and others. Now it is located near the Mosfilm Museum in Moscow, where the celebrity was photographed with it.
“There is no day without action,” the post said.
The ballerina’s followers slammed her and wrote a statement to the police, threatening three years in prison for desecrating symbols of Russia’s military glory. According to the Shot Telegram channel, law enforcement launched an investigation against the artist.
