American actor Kevin Spacey has been accused of sexual harassment once again. About the lawsuit filed in court by the massage therapist who did not disclose his name, reports TMZ.
Spacey ordered three hour-and-a-half massage sessions in a room at the New York Edition Hotel in New York through a special app in August and September 2016, the man said.
The plaintiff alleges that Spacey made inappropriate overtures to her, offering money for them, becoming visibly aroused, and insisting on certain manipulations: specifically, he alleges that he asked for the massage to start from the buttocks and that he performed yoga asanas that involved exposing the buttocks and genitals.
Additionally, the plaintiff said the actor claimed he wore a balaclava during meetings. The massage therapist emphasized that after these meetings, his mental health deteriorated, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder developed, and he lost self-confidence as a specialist, husband and father. The man demands financial compensation.
In 2016, another massage therapist accused Spacey of harassment. The actor denied the accusations and the case was closed.
