Comedian Maxim Galkin (known in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) contacted via Instagram after the concert in Tallinn was canceled (the owner of Meta was recognized as an extremist and banned in Russia).
Galkin admitted that he faced “flattering” comments after the show was cancelled. However, the artist mocked rumors abroad that “no one needs it”, stating that he will hold three concerts in Estonia – from February 16 to 18, 2024 the star will perform in Tallinn, Tartu and Jõhvi.
“Who said I wasn’t going to give concerts in Estonia anymore? Who did not speak! From Sosedov (Sergey Sosedov – music critic – about “socialbites.ca”) to “MK”. From the neighbor! Look, I’m flattered, thank you for your interest. To be honest, I was surprised that the Russian press was interested in whether there would be a concert, ”the humorist said.
Galkin explained that the reasons for the cancellation of the concert were different. The artist noted that he will announce his next performances if needed.
Fans supported Galkin, stating that they were waiting for him in Tallinn. Many wished the star happiness and success in her work.
On August 28, it was learned that Galkin’s concert, scheduled for September 15, 2023, will be held in Tallinn. It is cancelled.
Previously Andrey Razin explained why he is grateful to Maxim Galkin.
