about justice

Between what we find fair and its opposite, there are often endless possibilities, depending on who is analyzing it, what it’s about, or for what purpose. For this reason, we are still far from justice that is unquestionably egalitarian, balanced and without abuse and oppression.

Ordinary people who use it and suffer more severely from it suspect that it is not fair jurisprudence, probably because it is mediated, interpreted and influenced by those who proclaim and spread it, supposedly protected by law. “spirit of law”

There are two ways to fall into the confusion of judgment, voluntary and involuntary. First of all, a court must have good reason to decide on a matter that may violate your rights.

If it is involuntary, they are forcing you into one or more possibilities, such as witnessing a crime, breaking some rules, or being chosen as a popular juror.

As long as you never carry the consequences that are not suitable for indigestion, once the system has been triggered, it is not possible to get rid of any of them. Proceedings are so complex that a court may dismiss a case. From where, another for reopening, and a third for archiving definitively without the possibility of appeal. There is also the possibility that a judge will be convicted and the other acquitted in the same case, and this is where the interpretation and spirit of the law we are talking about comes from.

It is still shocking to a lawyer that those who devote themselves to lawmaking are lords, deputies and so-called legislatures who must drink from the voice of the street for inspiration from elaboration, debate and approval of new laws that govern the destinies of millions of people.

Being a member of the legislature also means being qualified, having a certain authority. immunity and immunity before justice. Many of our MPs enjoy this privilege for almost life because they are legislatures one after the other, belonging to the Parliament or the Senate, so much so that it would be difficult for them to know what it means to be a citizen who can be tried. acquitted and/or convicted.

All this so-called nonsense supported by the rule of law is questionable when all citizens are not governed by the same standards, as few have parliamentary privileges.

This paradox is the one that has remained unresolved to this day and somehow places some on one side of justice and the majority on the other.
