Marvel star Robert Downey Jr considers the comedy Shaggy Dad and the fantasy The Amazing Journey of Doctor Dolittle to be the highlights of his career. The actor shared this in an interview. New York Times.
“The two most important movies I’ve played in the last 25 years are Shaggy Dad and Doolittle,” the actor said.
According to Downey Jr., the first movie about his father’s transformation into a dog forced Disney to insure him, and the Iron Man star described the second movie as “two and a half years of pain from missed opportunities.” The actor explained that he must have been pretty nervous while working on Doolittle. His wife, Susan Downey, produced the tape, and he had to “roll up his armpits” to get the film to market fairly.
On July 21, the sensational movie “Oppenheimer” starring Downey Jr. is released. The biopic chronicles Robert Oppenheimer (Cillian Murphy), an American physicist and creator of the atomic bomb. Rated R (17+) in the US and fans are already criticizedand a sex scene in the feed.
