“He also had his own projects, he is a very modern, popular and most importantly a hardworking theater person. He achieved everything himself, works both as a director and as a choreographer. I invited him and I’m sure he’ll suit our team,” Bagolei said.
According to the theater director, in the mid-2000s, Zakharin studied with him on the course at the theater department of the Saratov Conservatory. After that, she and her colleague served as actors in the Saratov Drama Theater for several years. Bagolei noted that in the 2010s Zakharin went to Moscow, where he worked in the workshop of Valery Belyakovich and worked in the Roman Viktyuk theater. The premiere of the Saratov Youth Theater this season was the play “Roni, the daughter of a robber”, choreographed by Zakharin.
