The seventh art and theatrical art have always flirted. Take a look at the problems that occurred in the making of “Gone with the Wind” (1939), based on Margaret Mitchell’s novel. The producer slows down the shoot to get back to the classic Hollywood days. The script is not suitable for the challenge and director George Cukor disagreed. New director Victor Fleming and screenwriter Ben Hetch reluctantly take charge of the job.
Gonzalo de Castro, José Bustos, and Pedro Mari Sánchez, the genius of Spanish cinema, respectively. Carmen Barrantes plays the role of secretary. First, it stands out with its feature wider and more intense action, others fit into the office and deliver their work. It contrasts with its more fake form.
The male characters sometimes ridiculously parody aspects of the movie, and the producer tells the story in such a way that a new script for this series is written. A melodrama and one of those legendary movies set during the American civil war (1861-1865) with the beautiful and whimsical Scarlett O’Hara. She is engaged and cynical and longs for a man who knows playboy Rhett Butler. Remember Vivien Leigh, Leslie Howard and Clark Gable.
have five days write those pages of love, jealousy… Controversy, racial and social issues come to the fore in Ron Hutchinson’s “Bananas, Peanuts and Gone with the Wind”, a very different title from the original and translated “Moonlight and Magnolias” (2005). This version and agile direction is by José Troncoso.
The attractive space houses an office mixed in with a set where players change sets. Bananas and peanuts are (inexplicably) supposed to be their food. It has a certain charm but connotation of the movie Doesn’t seem like a good measure. Fineness and rough features coexist. High and low comedy. And the obscene piece does not arouse the total interest we desire in the Alicante coliseum.
