The John Wick action franchise starring Keanu Reeves grossed $1 billion at the box office and is currently grossing $1,011 million, according to Deadline.
Chad Stahelski’s movie “John Wick 4”, which has become the most successful episode of the series, exceeds $425.3 million in box office revenue. At the same time, according to the publication’s notes, Japanese audiences who will watch the movie on big screens have not yet contributed to the success of the autumn action movie.
In September, the John Wick franchise will expand with The Continental, a miniseries set in 1970s New York. In 2024, the feature-length spin-off “Balerina” starring Ana de Armas should be released. A fifth John Wick movie is also planned.
