American country singer and former Real Housewives of Atlanta contestant Kim Zolciak lives in a confiscated mansion with her children and husband, Croy Biermann, despite the couple currently filing for divorce. TMZ writes about it.
The property where the family lived was confiscated in February 2023. The couple has been known to grapple with financial difficulties – Zolciak and Biermann, for example, had $1.1 million in tax arrears for 2013, 2017 and 2018. It also owes the state of Georgia $150,000 in unpaid taxes for 2018.
According to TMZ, the homeowner has a grace period during which they can salvage the home by paying off their debts.
The reason for the rift between Zolchiak and Biermann is unknown, but the girl wrote in the divorce papers that their marriage was “irreversibly ruined without any hope of reconciliation.” It requires primary physical custody and joint legal custody of the couple’s children, as well as receiving child support from the husband.
