Son of singer Sofia Rotaru Ruslan Evdokimenko put up for sale his mother’s hotel in Crimea. on this subject in conversation with kp.ru said producer Alina Sagina.
“Rotaru rewrote his hotel Villa Sofia in the center of Yalta for his only son Ruslan Evdokimenko. He is now selling this hotel. A buyer was found, the man agreed to buy the Rotaru hotel for 9 million euros (more than 750 million rubles), but Ruslan insists on 30 million euros (more than 2.5 billion rubles),” Sagina explained.
According to the producer, the artist’s son is not considering selling his hotel for a smaller sum, as he believes the buyer should “pay the mother’s name”. Rotaru also has a cottage in the Crimea, but the singer does not intend to sell real estate, as she spent her youth there with her deceased husband, Anatoly Evdokimenko.
Friends of the artist said that some time ago he left his Moscow apartment under the management of a wealthy admirer. But the woman arranged a pogrom during a party with alcohol, after which Rotaru took the keys from the fan and asked her to leave the apartment.
