American ballerina, bodybuilding star Bernadette Hunt has died at the age of 59. It has been reported weather referring to his relative Rick Django.
“It is with great sadness that I have to tell you about Bernadette Hunt’s death,” he said.
He died of cancer, according to the publication.
A relative of the deceased said that his funeral would not be open to the public and that he would be buried in the family circle.
Hunt trained to be a ballerina, but suffered a back injury that prevented her from performing ballet. He later became interested in aerobics and explored the world of bodybuilding, winning many championships. The athlete became famous in the 90s of the XX century by participating in the international show “Gladiators”. Hunt later retired from the television business and became a personal fitness trainer. The bodybuilder also did charity work: he helped the elderly and children with blood cancer (leukemia).
