A week of Korean cinema will be held in Moscow. This was reported by representatives of the Pioneer cinema on VKontakte.

The event will take place at the Pioneer cinema from April 3-9. The films will be screened in Korean with Russian subtitles.

On April 3, viewers will be able to watch Won Shin-young’s “Memories of a Killer”. Before the premiere, the cinema curator will talk about the film and share his thoughts on the reasons for the popularity of Korean projects.

Song Il-gon’s melodrama “Always” will be screened on April 4. On the 5th, Kim Sung-hoon’s thriller “A Hard Day” will be screened. On April 6, viewers will be able to watch Lee Joon Ik’s historical drama “Throne.” On April 7, Wu Min-ho’s thriller “Insiders” will be screened, and on April 8, Park Choi’s historical thriller “Murder” will be screened. The week will be closed with Jang Hong’s biographical drama Taxi Driver.

Previously It has been reported that a retrospective of the best films directed by Alexander Mitta will be held in Moscow. The event will be held between 5-16 April as part of the 90th anniversary of the artist. Films such as “Burn, Shine, My Star”, “The Tale of Travels”, “The Marriage Story of Tsar Peter the Arab”, “Eretip”, “Lost in Siberia” will be shown in the review.
