It is suggested that artificial intelligence be allowed to create scenarios if it does not affect the legal status and earnings of living writers. It is recommended that neural network-generated material not be considered “literary material” (what the author created) or “source material” (book, article, and anything else that forms the basis of the screenplay).
The venture document states that the author will be allowed to use ChatGPT as a tool to assist in scripting without resolving copyright issues and not mentioning the developers of the technology. If the script behind the neural network is rewritten by a living author, it will be considered the author of the script.
