Director Konstantin Bronzit talked about the start of work on the feature-length sequel to the animated series “Luntik and his friends”. TASS.
The director shared his plans at the XXVIII Russian Animated Film Festival Suzdalfest. Bronzit also noted that the project will be completed before the end of 2022.
“We wrote the script a long time ago with animator Dima Vysotsky and animator Darina Schmidt. This is an honest, childish and poignant story about how Luntik wanted to go back to the moon and see his mother. The movie will be ready before the end of the year, how it will be with its release – time will tell, ”said Bronzit.
The director also noted that the cartoon will be shot in the “road movie” genre.
“It will be a little creepy, a little touching, of course he will see his mother. Everything is real,” Bronzit concluded.
