The vocalist of the Vologda rock band HartA knocked out her own brother at a concert on March 5 in one of the Moscow clubs. This was reported to socialbites.ca by the musician Yaroslav Slavayar himself. He explained that he kicked the table on the stage during the performance. He fell from the mountains and flew into the auditorium, the blow hitting the audience right in the head.
“The man is now in the hospital, his condition is normal. Actually, this is my brother. It all happened by chance. I kicked this table, he flew into the hall and hit my brother in the head. He lost consciousness, was carried out, an ambulance was called. He had to be pumped out. Roughly speaking, it turned out to be a knockout. came out. Now we moved him to Vologda. They said that he will lie down for another week, ”the musician said.
He added that the law enforcement officers who are currently investigating have started to deal with the incident. At the same time, the victim himself does not have any claims against the group.
“[Претензий] like no, she understands everything perfectly. Upon recording such an injury, law enforcement officers came to the hospital and made an examination. They said everyone will look, review the materials and make a decision. So far, no action has been taken on their side. Our lawyers said that in theory nothing should happen if the brother doesn’t have a statement. Maybe something will happen in terms of non-compliance with safety regulations. But this will be a question not for us, but for the organizers, ”said Yaroslav.
According to the musician, the band always leaves space in front of the stage, but this time the organizers failed to provide them with fan barriers.
“We always ask people to keep a certain distance from the stage before a performance. There is also pyrotechnics in our performances and all kinds of objects are often flying around, so we try to fence off the area so that it is empty 3 meters in front of the stage. In this case it didn’t work. The organizers of the concert did not provide us with any protective bastion. We drew a line marked with tape in front of the stage, but unfortunately that’s how it happened. There were quite a lot of spectators, they approached the stage. My brother is more supportive of the group, he was pushed to the back, jumped just beyond that restriction, and instantly flew to the throne,” he concluded.
