The performers of the Russian State Circus became the laureates of the XXXII International Friendship Art Festival “April Spring” in the DPRK. It is reported telegraph channel Russian State Circus.
In total, five creative teams and performances were held in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPRK: under the direction of Nadezhda Chebota, a dog trainer with the number “Chicago”, and Dmitry Efremkin, a tightrope walker under him, Yuri Krasnov, director of gymnasts in the “Anna” belts, “The World” by Anastasia Dementieva-Kornilova. On Elephants” and “Circus on Water” by Andrey Shevchenko.
Musicians, vocalists, dancers and circus performers from 28 countries participated in the festival. 63 teams participated in the event online.
Russian Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimova addressed the participants and organizers of the evaluation with a welcome speech, emphasizing that the festival helps strengthen relations between the countries and gives impetus to the expansion of bilateral cooperation in the field of culture.
Previously reportedtrainer, People’s Artist of Russia and director of the Great Moscow Circus on Vernadsky Prospekt Edgard Zapashny submitted a document on behalf of the industry for the inclusion of circuses in the Pushkin Map program.
