The Russian premiere of the movie “Empire V”, based on the “Empire V” work by Viktor Pelevin, will be postponed to a date other than the end of March, reported In the press service of the film company “Volga”.
“We are informing you that Empire V did not release in Russian cinemas on March 31. A new vision date for the movie will be announced later,” company representatives said.
Pavel Tabakov, Miron Fedorov (Oksimiron), Marina Zudina, Vladimir Dolinsky and Fyodor Bondarchuk took part in the adaptation of Pelevin’s novel.
According to the plot, Roman Shtorkin, an ordinary young man, becomes a vampire, but cannot break his connection with humans. As a result, he uncovers a conspiracy in which vampires control humanity.
The premiere of the movie was supposed to take place in November 2021, then the date was moved to March 31.
