US court allows American actor Alec Baldwin to continue filming Variation. The artist is accused of unintentionally murdering the operator.
Baldwin refused to attend the February 24 hearing via video link and instead pleaded not guilty to the court.

The court forbade Baldwin from drinking alcohol and using firearms or other weapons for the duration of the trial.
