The parents and sister of cinematographer Galina Hutchins are suing actor Alec Baldwin, claiming he could have brought them to the United States had he not been shot dead during the conflict in Ukraine. It has been reported daily mail.
The publication states that Galina’s mother, Olga, who works as a nurse, treated soldiers injured during the conflict. The operator’s sister, Svetlana, takes care of two children while her husband is fighting at the front.
The publication emphasizes that Hutchins’ relatives did not apply for any visas, but lawyers argue that Galina “wouldn’t have allowed them to stay in the war if she had lived.”
