Belarusian singer Dmitry Koldun in an interview “Moskovsky Komsomolets” spoke about the importance of participation in the show “Star Factory” for his career. According to the 37-year-old artist, he would not have entered show business if Fabrika had not been in his life.

“My career would stop at my chemistry degree and as a last resort I would sew women’s socks in some elite polymer production. I specialize in high molecular systems through education: from films for greenhouses to bulletproof vests and trouser buttons,” Koldun said.

At the same time, he noted that participation in the “Factory” did not bring him large fees – the singer’s career developed after performing at Eurovision and recording a number of popular compositions.

In 2006, Koldun became the winner of Star Factory 6, a year later he took sixth place at Eurovision, where he performed from Belarus.
