“The Khakass government signed an agreement with RUSAL on the creation of a special economic zone near the Sayanogorsk – Khakass technological valley,” Konovalov said.
According to him, within the framework of this project, the capacities of SAYANAL enterprise will be expanded and a new facility will be established for the production of aluminum tape and foil. A total of 30 billion rubles will be invested in the project. There will also be around 800 new jobs.
