In the first quarter of 2025, more than 320 gaps were published for firefighters in Russia. This told the HH.RU recruitment service on April 30th in the press service to Gazeta.ru, one and a half times less than the same period of 2024.
In January – March, most of the suggestions for firefighters were opened in the Krasnodar region, Orenburg region, Murmansk region, Krasnoyarsk region and Moscow. The monitoring gaps also presented -11%of the total number of bids for firefighters, while there was fewer shift proposals for a similar quarter of 2024-8.
In 48% of empty positions for firefighters, employers specialized in 19% of the importance of higher profile education. In each fifth sentence, work experience is not required and we are talking about a minimal experience between one and three years in 46% of empty positions.
Most of the time, at the beginning of this year, firefighters and fire prevention experts were searched by companies from construction and real estate, retail trade, oil and gas, IT and government agencies.
The average salary for firefighters is 26 thousand to 67.5 thousand rubles, the median 40.8 thousand rubles.
