In the future, the highest pensions in Russia will receive IT experts, engineers, pilots and air traffic controllers in the oil and gas industry and a narrow expertise. This was announced by Gazeta.ru by the Moscow Regional Duma Anatoly Nikitin assistant.
According to him, the size of the pension directly depends on the official salary level in which the employer contributes to the social fund of Russia, the higher the salary, the more his pension score accumulates and therefore comes higher.
“The maximum of 10 points of the retirement coefficient that can be scored in a year. For this, your total annual income must be 2.76 million rubles, that is, if your income is larger. Engineers (depending on the region with 170 thousand to 300 thousand rubles), pilots and air traffic controllers (from an average of 280 thousand rubles), a narrow specialized doctor (from 170 thousand rubles), Nik Nikitin said Nikitin.
According to him, if you have 10 points of the annual retirement coefficient for 35 years (this is the average experience in this country), you will accumulate 350 points. Nikitin, if we rely on the 2025 coefficients, your pension will be about 58 thousand rubles.
It concluded that the retirement size depends not only on salary, but also the work experience period and the employer’s conscience in terms of interruptions in this field. For this reason, while choosing a profession, the deputy called not only the current income, but also long -term expectations.
