More than half of the Russians who participated in the survey between the ages of 25 and 54 (56%) want to buy real estate for a permanent residence in the Crimea or to rest at any time of the year. This has been proved by the results of a survey conducted by a group of companies entering the Gazeta.ru’s publication office.
Each fourth (23%) wants to combine such an asset as only an investment way and 21% of them with personal use.
Every second (50%) answered wants to buy housing at a price of 5 million to 15 million rubles on the peninsula. At the same time, 42% would buy housing at a price that was not more than 5 million rubles. Only 8% would be ready to pay more than 15 million rubles.
When choosing a housing format, 48% of the participants would receive a private house, 25% apartment and 15% with a management company. Housing format is not important for 12 %.
Among the factors affecting the choice of the object is the leader – this is called the basic criterion of 40% of the survey participants. One -third of the participants are important for (34%) and 26% focus on the developed infrastructure within walking distance from future houses, including shops, pharmacies, playgrounds, cafes and sports facilities.
For 46% of the participants, Yalta turned out to be an attractive Crimean city to buy real estate. In addition, among the popular areas – Theodosius (21%), Alushta (17%) and Yevpatoria (15%).
With an unlimited budget, 52% of the participants have safely answered that they would buy real estate in the Crimea, 42% of them tend to be such a decision. Only 6% do not see the peninsula as a place to buy housing.
