The Chief Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit against the German Wintershall Dea 11:09

The arbitration case recorded the case of German oil and gas company Wintershall Dea at the Moscow Arbitration Court, File Cabinet.

The defendant is also Aurelius Cotta, a law firm that specializes in international arbitration. Among the defendants in the case, between three people and third parties – Gazprom, the Russian Federation Ministry of Energy and International Arbitration in The Hague (PCA).

It is stated that the application was received by the court on 16 April. There is no other detail.
