He believes that without work competences and software, it will be difficult for an expert to find a job and to raise career ladder. At the same time, Bliznyuk said that the existing graduates of universities did not meet these requirements. When the education is not linked to the employer, it is not clear why this person is taught.
“This means the following: The employer should act as a university customer. Now, in the current paradigm, it’s a little wrong. The employer usually believes that staff can be in cabbage like children. ”
In order to prepare experts to meet the business, T-Bank states that the Central University with the 50 largest companies.
“We want students to understand: higher education is a social elevator that opens access to the professions requested. Some applicants say: better, I will work for free next to the house. I don’t know what happened, but next to the house. This is a loss for both a person and the industry. ”
