It is possible to reduce energy prices for industry and private consumers in EU countries. This was stated by the president of the European Council, António Costa, before a concert in Warsaw on the occasion of the start of Poland’s presidency of the EU Council, he writes TASS.
“We will reduce energy prices for industry, companies and families,” he said.
Costa expressed his confidence that lower energy prices can be achieved by achieving energy independence. To do this, we need in particular “safe supply routes” and to create “our own European generation”, the European Council president added.
