Russia’s largest turkey producer, the Damate group of companies, denied information about a decrease in poultry supplies to stores. This was reported by TASSReferring to the statement of the groom.
As stated by the manufacturer, it continues to fulfill its obligations to partners and customers.
“We continue regular deliveries to stores. “Every day we ship more than one million packages of Indylight products from our factories in the Rostov and Penza regions to stores,” the statement said.
On November 7, Vedomosti newspaper quoted a letter from Damate and reported that the manufacturer warned retail chains will reduce product supplies until January 19, 2025. According to the group of companies, the microclimate system at the feedlot of the Turkish Dvor enterprise in the Rostov region was damaged and was therefore taken out of operation on September 11. Livestock was moved for early processing. Following the plant’s suspension, Damate decided to reduce its chilled meat production volume in the fourth quarter of this year.
