The Sevastopol government allowed the privatization of the complex where a large local company produces wine. He reported this in his own report telegram channel Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
Entrepreneurs plan to invest about 4 billion rubles in the modernization of the winery and existing vineyards.
Razvozhaev said that the Sevastopol government has approved the updated list of properties planned to be privatized in 2024. The governor explained that we are talking about a resort complex leased for 36 years by Kachinsky+ LLC.
“The most valuable thing – the land under the vineyards – remains the property of the city,” the head of the federal city wrote.
Razvozhaev noted that old leased vineyards had to be renewed from 57% to 91% due to planting age and thinning.
