“As one of the largest exporters of fertilizers and food products, Belarus is ready to contribute to overcoming the global food crisis and strengthening the food security of ASEAN countries,” he emphasized.
Sergeenko added that Minsk is open to dialogue and advocates the development of relations between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Eurasian Economic Union.
ASEAN’s share in today’s world trade equals: We place the association in fourth place with 7.4%. The EU continues to lead in trade volume with 29.7%. BRICS is in second place (21.6%). This is followed by YUSMKA (15.7%).
