“The places with the lowest average rental price are quite remote, but these are developed residential areas of Old Moscow. There is already an established infrastructure here: both commercial and social: schools, kindergartens, clinics, cultural, entertainment and developmental centers. The leader of the rating was Nekrasovka, a location where active development has been going on for the past few years. The minimum cost of rental housing in Nekrasovka is 33 thousand rubles,” said Roman Zhukov, head of Yandex Rental service.
The minimum cost of an apartment in South Butovo as of October 1 is 40 thousand rubles. The cheapest rental apartment in the Veshnyaki district will cost 44 thousand rubles per month.
The cheapest land plots for long-term rentals in New Moscow were in places such as Ryazanovskoye, Desenovskoye and Vnukovskoye settlements. The average long-term rental rate here was 54.9 thousand rubles, 55.2 thousand rubles and 68.8 thousand rubles, respectively.
