This trend is especially noticeable in the Moscow region, where the share of unfinished apartments on display increased from 40% at the beginning of the year to almost 53% in August.
“The budget for buying an apartment without finishing is on average ₽30-35 thousand per square meter less than without finishing,” the authors of the study say.
Real estate market experts believe that despite the decline in demand, developers still have enough reserves to maintain the same prices. However, some companies may turn to targeted discounts or offer additional bonuses to customers.
