A new function “Public Profile” has appeared in the Ozon application in test mode, which will collect customer reviews on purchased goods, with the exception of some categories, the company’s press service reports.
Ozon users will be able to follow other buyers with a public profile and see their comments about other products, provided they do not remain anonymous.
The new feature will allow customers to follow interesting profiles, which will help them choose the right products. Subscribers will only be able to see the first letter of the person’s last name and first name.
The company noted that purchase history will not be available to other customers, and users always have the option to hide their public profile, change their public name, or hide individual reviews.
