According to the interlocutors of the publication, the government commission responsible for controlling foreign investment has already approved the agreement between Unilever and Arnest.
Unilever will sell its assets in Russia at a significant discount that could reach half of their real value.
It is noteworthy that Unilever has previously carried out contract manufacturing of aerosol products at its Arnest operations.
