Russian businessman Mars Gainutdinov, founder of Yamaldorstroy, filed for bankruptcy due to alimony debt. In this regard reports The Telegram channel was hit.
The entrepreneur’s daughter, Tatyana Gainutdinova, filed a lawsuit against her father, demanding alimony for the period from 1996 to 2013. The size of the claims is 1.033 billion rubles, taking into account the initial amount of unpaid funds (19 million rubles), accumulated interest until 2024 and inflation.
According to Tatyana’s lawyer, Mars Gainutdinov has been living in Saudi Arabia for two years. The businessman took action after the top management of Yamaldorstroy was suspected of tax evasion. He also sold shares in the company and transferred the property to his other children (about 10). Now Gainutdinov has no assets in the Russian Federation.
