The husband of Wildberries founder Vladislav Bakalchuk demanded the return of the market space transferred to the use of the newly merged company RVB. This was reported by Telegram channel Baza cites two of Bakalchuk’s pre-trial allegations.
According to the channel, the first one was sent to the Regional Network Information Center (RSIC), which transferred the Wildberries domain to RVB use. Bakalchuk demanded that the deal be canceled, since the domain was registered to him and was used for business with his wife. At the same time, no one asked Vladislav about the transfer, although the domain was considered jointly acquired property. The statement emphasizes that the domain transfer was carried out during the period of conflict, “when the spouses did not live together and personal communication was cut off.”
The second pre-trial claim is directed at Tatyana Bakalchuk as the general manager of Wildberries LLC. It is stated that the transfer of the domain name for use by RVB is a significant transaction that cannot be carried out without the general meeting of the company. It is stated that Bakalchuk was not aware of the transfer and was not warned about the meeting, so the domain should have returned to Wildberries LLC.
According to Baza, the pre-trial claims were sent by the IQ Technology legal agency with the power of attorney of Bakalchuk in the person of the agency’s co-owner and managing partner Alexander Logunov. If the founder of RSIC and Wildberries ignores the claims, Vladislav plans to go to court.
