Sochi has become a leader among Russian cities in offering premium and luxury housing. Urban experts say that since the beginning of 2024, the share of such projects in the resort real estate market will reach 35%.
For comparison: today the share of supply in the expensive segment of Moscow does not exceed 22%.
“Sochi’s infrastructure has changed qualitatively over the past three years. In addition to these natural opportunities, we get an objective picture of the attractiveness of Russia’s resort capital in terms of high-budget real estate; it is still the most stable and therefore in-demand asset,” said Elena Kabesheva, Deputy General Director.
