European manufacturer Airbus is delaying the delivery of 10 A350 aircraft from the UAE to Emirates Airlines. An Emirati publication writes about this National.

It was noted that the delay in aircraft deliveries forced Emirates to change its flight schedule. Changes were made to flights to Bahrain, Edinburgh, Kuwait, Muscat, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lyon and Bologna. In the future, the airline plans to use the A350 for ultra-long-haul flights, including to the US and Latin America.

The A350 aircraft can accommodate up to 300-350 passengers. Emirates plans to purchase 10 such aircraft by March 2025.

The investigation into the forgery of documents is being conducted by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Spirit AeroSystems, which supplies fuselages to Boeing and wings to Airbus.
