Sber will offer entrepreneurs in new regions of Russia preferential programs implemented by the state in accordance with the program of socio-economic development in new regions. This was reported by the bank’s press service.
It was noted that Sberbank will open its first 16 branches in new regions of Russia by the end of July.
As Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sber, emphasized, Russia is a country of extraordinary minds and brilliant scientists, a treasure trove of intellectual potential.
“We are proud of our great thinkers and scientists whose ideas and discoveries changed the world. “We believe in the power of intelligence and will make every effort to ensure that our entrepreneurs, scientists and engineers have every opportunity to bring their ideas to life,” he said.
According to him, existing main programs will be available to small and medium-sized businesses in the near future.
“This is the preferential loan program of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 1764 and the umbrella guarantee of the SME Corporation, as well as state programs for new regions subject to the allocation of limits for the bank. “Residents of Donetsk and Lugansk will be able to benefit from the first preference programs, and after a while other residents of the new regions will also be able to benefit,” said the first deputy chairman of the board of directors of Sberbank.
Vedyakhin explained that state programs for new regions include preferential loan programs for customers and small and medium-sized businesses on the territory of the new constituent entities of the country in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. PP 1115 and PP 888.
