The first ten Sber ATMs became operational in DPR and LPR. Sber’s press service in St. Five devices appeared in Lugansk, four in Donetsk and one in Makeyevka, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum reported.
Service on Sber devices is possible using a smartphone using a card, biometrics, as well as through SberBank Online using a QR code.
Sber does not charge commissions for withdrawals and deposits from its ATMs, both from Sber cards and from cards of other banks.
Additionally, as of July 1, 50 ATMs are expected to be available in DPR and LPR.
Previously president of the bank, German Gref reportedHe said that 16 Sberbank branches will be opened in new regions of Russia by the end of July. According to him, preparations are already underway for the premises for the imminent opening of future branches.
Three full-format branches will be opened in Donetsk and Lugansk and 13 offices in the partner network (including MFC and other institutions) in the cities of the DPR and LPR.
