Starting June 1, Russia will review the unified allowance for families with children. This situation was reported to the agency “Hit the primer” Vadim Vinogradov, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Higher School of Economics of the National Research University.
According to him, the country will adjust the alimony accounting procedure. If determined by the court, it will be taken into account in fact and not in the prescribed order. That is, if the court awarded alimony in the amount of 15 thousand rubles, but in fact the parent paid only two, then exactly two thousand rubles will be taken into account in the income, explained the lawyer.
When applying for assistance, you can specify such data yourself if there is no enforcement proceeding. If the court decision has already been transferred to the FSSP, the Social Fund will receive the data from there.
If the parents agree verbally on the amount of alimony or reach an agreement without judicial intervention, the amount specified in the application will be taken into account when calculating income. At the same time, it cannot be lower than the minimum guarantees provided for by the Family Code (one quarter of the minimum wage for one child, one third of the minimum wage for two children and half of the minimum wage for three or more children).
